“ I went to my usual dealership for an inspection and both days the inspector had either already left or was in a meeting and by the time the meeting was over, it would be too late. The dealership recommended going to Acura, next door and let me tell you, I'm glad they did. I was instantly greeted at Acura, he told me they don't charge for inspections but the wait would be an hour (last year I waited twice as long at my dealership) so an hour was reasonable. Their waiting room was large, large TV, and really comfortable. Refrigerator was filled with soda, water, etc and an area of snacks. Everyone was told to help themselves to whatever they wanted. The receptionist was a young lady, very helpful, positive attitude, funny, and juggling everything that came her way, unstressed. After about 20 minutes, my inspection was done, I signed a form and was out the door. Such a pleasant place, really wishing I had bought an Acura car just for this experience. Highly recommend and wishing I could go there instead of mine.Thank you Pohanka Acura!! ”

“ Sum up this place. You spend 60k on essentially a 60k turbo civic. Integra. Your windshield cracks. You call them. They say "we don't do windows" and then rec a place down the road. That place says "no oem windshields, but we have generic ones that "should" fit for around 980". Then you check online and there looks like acura is selling windshields. With a Car under warranty that can be ordered as a part number? What do you all do? Change tires and do oil changes all day? Now I'll just deal with a crack windshield and hope for the best. Amazing work, Acura. Great maintenance plan ”
