I wasn’t expecting a good experience at Pohanka Acura. But, it took one week, test drive to be handed the keys for a fair deal to be made. The deal was done by email. I never saw or heard (via telephone)from the very nice salesperson until we closed on the vehicle. It was all email. I got an otd with no dealer add ons or hi jinx with a fair dealer discount off of MSRP. The F&I part of it was handled very professionally without any real pressure to purchase additional items. We were in and out of the store in about 2-2.5 hours. We’re very happy with our new MDX. Car prices are over inflated, new and used. Do your homework. Learn about the car buying process. There are excellent resources on the internet to give you the confidence to have an experience like I had. I hope Pohanka Acura will treat all customers like they treated me. I think they will. ”

“ I like this dealer and it’s very good but the reason I gave four start is because this guy name Al Gabriel made me to drive there for nothing.I knew my situation wasn’t the best but definitely should not be working as a sales person.He said he did understand 69 and not 93.There is not way in any language that the pronunciation would confuse someone..I recommend you not to go with this guy because one he can’t get you approved he will treat you different like he did to me.The other people are very friendly and when I got my leave everything was good ”

“ Sum up this place. You spend 60k on essentially a 60k turbo civic. Integra. Your windshield cracks. You call them. They say "we don't do windows" and then rec a place down the road. That place says "no oem windshields, but we have generic ones that "should" fit for around 980". Then you check online and there looks like acura is selling windshields. With a Car under warranty that can be ordered as a part number? What do you all do? Change tires and do oil changes all day? Now I'll just deal with a crack windshield and hope for the best. Amazing work, Acura. Great maintenance plan ”
