I had an unparalleled experience at Pohanka Acura! I brought my vehicle in without an appointment because of a concerning noise from my wheels, and they took me in immediately. It turns out my tires had no tread left and needed urgent replacement. What is most shocking is that I had service done at a different Acura dealership only two months (and less than 100 miles) ago, and they never informed me I needed tires, putting my safety at risk. At Pohanka, the process of choosing the right tires was smooth, and they provided a loaner vehicle which made the whole situation stress-free. A special thanks to Nick Ferrari and Soo Ah Son for their incredible professionalism and helpfulness. Even though I live over an hour away, I am more than happy to make the drive for service I can actually trust. I would definitely recommend this team!

He was very professional, easy to talk to, and really helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. He even got me in the vehicle I wanted down to the trim and color combination. Everything went smoothly, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Walked out with a brand new 2026 Integra. First time I went to Pohanka a few years back I had THE WORST experience. I went in for a B1 service which should have been at the time $165 and I walked out paying $670 and it was the first B1 service. The tech and service manager up charged for what they described as “premium” B1. I’ve been heists t to take my car back there since 2021. Fast forward today and the service was excellent - the tech Erkin was great and I now like that they give a video of what they do.

Be careful when buying a car, whether paying cash or using a pre-approved loan. I purchased a car for my sister with cash, and they requested her SSN for paperwork but still ran a hard credit check without a clear explanation. Sales Manager, Samantha, ummmmm be careful when you see her lol. while the General Manager, Jebrel, was professional.

I am very disappointed with Jordan’s behavior today. His rude and dismissive attitude was not only unprofessional but also very upsetting for me. I asked for help with my car, but he refused to listen or assist me, repeatedly telling me to “go sit down” while I tried to explain the issues. This made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. I have always received excellent, kind service at this dealership before, so encountering such behavior from Jordan was shocking and unacceptable.
